Program status
Spearfish Load Alerts is currently operating as a limited pilot and demonstration program. It is not a general availability service. Participants are a small, individually onboarded group. If you received a link to this page and did not knowingly sign up, do not opt in, and please contact us at support@spearfish.ai.

Program name: Spearfish Load Alerts

Spearfish Load Alerts is a transactional text messaging program that sends shipment status and check-in messages to truck drivers assigned to a freight load. Messages you may receive include:
- Check-in requests asking for your current location or ETA
- Pickup and delivery appointment reminders
- Arrival and departure confirmations
- Exception notifications, such as a delay or a request for a temperature reading
Messages are sent only while you are assigned to an active load. When that load is delivered and closed, messaging for it ends.
This program does not send marketing or promotional messages.
How to opt in
Opt in at spearfish.ai/sms-opt-in. Enter your name, mobile number, and carrier or MC number, then check the consent box.
You will receive a confirmation message. You are not enrolled until you receive it.
Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of any purchase, and is not a condition of being assigned loads.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies by load. A typical load generates 3 to 8 messages. Loads with tighter service requirements, such as temperature controlled or time critical freight, may generate more.
You will not receive messages when you are not assigned to an active load.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Spearfish does not charge for this program. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply, and Spearfish is not responsible for those charges. Check with your carrier if you are unsure of your plan's rates.

How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent.
To rejoin later, reply START or opt in again at spearfish.ai/sms-opt-in.
Carriers
Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and others.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.
Privacy
Your mobile number and consent record are used solely to deliver the messages described above.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
