SMS Privacy Policy

This policy covers information collected through the Spearfish Load Alerts text messaging program, operated by Spearfish Group Inc. It supplements our general Privacy Policy.
What we collect
When you opt in to receive text messages from Spearfish, we collect:
- Your mobile phone number
- Your name and your carrier or MC number
- The record of your consent, including the date, time, and method of opt-in
- The content of messages you send to and receive from us in connection with the program
How we use it
We use this information solely to:
- Deliver the transactional messages you consented to receive
- Respond to your replies
- Honor HELP and STOP requests
- Maintain records demonstrating consent, as required by applicable law
We do not use this information for marketing or advertising, and we do not send promotional messages under this program.
Sharing
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as messaging delivery providers and customer support providers, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We do not sell, rent, or license mobile phone numbers or consent records.
Retention
Consent records are retained for as long as you remain enrolled. After you opt out, we retain only what is necessary to honor the opt-out and to demonstrate compliance.
Your choices
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. No further messages will be sent.
To request deletion of your information, contact support@spearfish.ai.
Security
We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information described in this policy.
